We appreciate your interest in the raw vegan superfood chef/cook position, located in Myers Park! Opening Fall 2015

Interview process:

All candidates will meet with the owners for a one on one interview, topics to include:

  • Kitchen Organization and Hygiene
  • Regular Equipment Maintenance
  • Food Sourcing
  • Menu/Recipes Management
  • Recipe/Ingredients Cost Effectiveness
  • Teamwork and Kitchen Crew Handling
  • Customer Service

During your second interview, you will be presented with a colorful spread of organic raw vegan ingredients (including spices, herbs etc.). Please be prepared to plate three tapas dishes that are not only visually appealing, but also full of flavor for the skeptical consumer.
